Depending on where you are right now, your winter may or may not be getting underway. However, here in New York it felt like a fresh spring day, rather than the late autumn freeze we’re so accustomed to. It was indecently the perfect day for H&M, the Swedish Mega Retailer, to announce the latest project from its more socially responsible Conscious Foundation. They’ve teamed up with London based fixie legends Brick Lane Bikes to produce and 11-peice collection of higher than normal quality garments tailored for abrasive urban bike riding. It’s a cool idea and step in the right direction for a brand that just re-released Margiela classics to the masses. The collection drops just in time for riding season: March 7th 2013. As For me, I might scoop up a shirt or two, but I’m staying NYC loyal with some new pants from OUTLIER.
